    Yes! With purchases over $100.00 we will ship your items for FREE!

    At this time, no! But we are in the process of being able to offer lines of credit to our amazing customers!
  3. Do you offer any discounts?
    Yes! We have a military discount of 20%!
  1. Do you offer tracking?
    Yes! You will be emailed your tracking number once it ships.
  2. How long does shipping take?
    We give a window of 14 days.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    At this time we only ship to states located in the USA.
Returns
Bulk & Wholesale
  1. Do you offer bulk sales?
    Yes! If you are interested in having any Starr Magnet product in your store, you can get an amazing deal for bulk sales! Ask us how!
  2. What is the minimum quantity you will offer?
    For those in the beauty business, such as makeup artists, we will need a minimum order of 20 pieces of any one item.
  3. Do you offer bundle deals for your products?
    Yes! We can custom build you an order and price accordingly!
  1. Do you accept returns?
    Yes. please send the defective or incorrect item(s) back to us. You may do this by using the free returns process. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will gladly send you a replacement. Use the return form included in your original packaging.
  2. What happens if I would like to return an item?
    We would offer you store credit with return of defective item.
  3. What is your refund policy?
    If you are completely dissatisfied with Starr Magnet Boutique, we will provide you a full refund with return of the defective item.
